50+ FITNESS
Our 50+ group fitness follows the South Australian Strength for Life program promoting health and well-being amongst people over 50, and 40 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders, through strength training programs run by accredited fitness providers.
Our exercise physiologist will conduct an initial baseline assessment prior to your first class and again after three months of your group classes to track your progress.
The initial assessment is obligatory to participate in the 50+ group fitness classes and is a separate fee from the class pricing.
