What is Strength For Life?

Our 50+ group group fitness located at our Beulah Park gym follows the South Australian Strength for Life initiative by COTA promoting health and well-being amongst people over 50, and 40 for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islanders, through strength training programs run by accredited fitness providers.

Enjoy your own tailored exercise program written by our highly regarded exercise physiologists, in a class setting with the support and supervision of our personal trainers.

The Process

  • STEP 1

    To enrol in a Strength for Life program, you must complete the forms for the relavant tier of programs you wish to participate in. See forms button below. Submit completed forms to movement@resilienthealthgroup.au

  • STEP 2

    Book in an initial assessment by calling us at 08 8123 8666. Have your paperwork handy as we will decide with you whether its with one of our Exercise Physiologists or Personal Trainers.

  • STEP 3

    Receive your own tailored exercise program written by our exercise professionals based on your fitness goals, current fitness level and any injury or health conditions you may have.

  • STEP 4

    Attend any of our 50+ class times located at our Resilient Health Gym in Beulah Park and conduct your own exercise program at your pace with the support of our personal trainers, all while enjoying the social interaction of a class setting.

Our SFL Coordinator

Rob is our friendly Strength For Life Coordinator. Rob is a qualified Personal Trainer who supervises most of our Strength For Life classes at our Beulah Park on-site gym and can organise your intial assessments and class purchases.
