Our small-group Clinical Pilates are developed and overseen by our experienced Exercise Physiologists and incorporate a mixture of mat and reformer pilates.
Classes are capped to small-scale groups for an inviting, high-quality experience. Intimate class sizes allow us to provide greater 1:1 support by adapting, modifying, and tailoring a safe class to suit your individual needs and goals for all ages and levels.

The Benefits of Pilates
